Ring doorbell pro pro power cable self ringdoorbell submitted 1 year ago by a404307.
Ring pro power cable fuse keeps blowing.
I blew and then lost the fuse from pro power cable.
Doorbell type is set to none.
The problem is i am often away so the door bell then does not work for days until i get home and change the fuse.
I have no doorbell.
Anybody else regularly blowing the fuse in their pro power cable.
If you ever need to remove your doorbell wires from the pro power kit press down on the lever on the rear to open the terminal clamps and pull the wires straight out.
Turn the power back on at the breaker.
Ring pro works fine for a couple of events and then stops working if this is happening and you suspect that you re having a power issue follow these instructions.
Every time the power is restored it blows the fuse in the power pro cable.
Need to buy a new one.
Open the ring app and tap your ring doorbell to open its settings screen.
My setup is a ring pro powered directly by a 24v 40va transformer that is also wired into a house intercom.
I have a pro power kit v2 and i d like to connect the by pass.
It also happen last week with a power cut to the road and when the power came back on the fuse blew.
Tap the device health tile.
The intercom is never used so there should be plenty of power for the ring.
In the ring app select your ring doorbell pro.
Then tap the gear shaped icon and set doorbell type to none.
