Ring Pro Light Spinning No Wifi

I get the spinning white light pushing the doorbell button creates the blue light and rings my mechanical doorbell so those functions are working.

From my reading of the support forums this says it is charging but it has been doing this for two full days. I tried reinstalling and hard resetting the ring it goes back to the spinning white circle.
