Did a quick try this morning and the 2 way audio is fully working again.

Apparently it affects the speaker and the ring tone volume outside. If the volume is still not restored you ll need to grease your elbow just a little. Kids cant hear it and they have much better hearing than i do. Stange issue but at least it is fixed.

My problem startet after activating the new event timeline viewer in the app. Got the same problem with the doorbell speaker volume of anyone inside talking to visitors is wayyyy too quiet to hear. Uninstall the ring app from your phone. Before the audio at the door cam was much louder.

I found this out when the first time i tried to use it with someone at my door they actually had to lean down with her ear next to the ring doorbell in order to hear me. When the button is pressed the chime sound at the doorbell is a good volume but the voice audio volume is very low sometimes the caller does not hear it and at times they have to put their ear up close to it.
