Removing the door panel on a jeep liberty.

You need to remove the door. You will need to buy replacement clips because usually they break when removing but they are not that expensive. Need to replace the window regulator. Now on the back of your door handle push this clip off your door handle rod and push it down and out.

Thanks for watching everyone. To remove the oem door speaker unscrew the three screws with a torx t20 star bit screwdriver. Then put your door panel down over the lock and onto the window sill. There are about 3 or 4 screws holding some molding at top and around the arm rest remove them.

Pull the oem speaker out of the inner door panel and disconnect the power plug by pressing the release tab. How about a fresh new doo. If the door panel still has anything attached to it like electrical connectors or door rods remove those. Pull out old speaker.

Remove torx t20 screws. Have a broken power door switch. Set the door panel aside in a safe place. How to replace window actuator video coming soon.

Now to reinstall the door panel push your door handle rod back up into the door handle and reclip it. The door panel lifts up and off. The oem front and rear door speakers of a 2008 to 2012 jeep liberty can be replaced with either 5 1 4. 2007 jeep liberty removing rear door panel.

Push the tabs and pull off the electrical connectors and or unclip the plastic clips and slide off the door rods. 3 torx t20 screws.
