Ok so this is not as gereat an in depth walkthrough as i would have liked but i didnt have anyone to film for me so i only had one hand to w. There is a piece of styro foam glued to the panel that fits into the door. There were about 8 of these in the entire panel i believe. You remove the handles window cranks and or trim plates find and remove the anchor screws near the door pull.
