These instructions are the best i ve seen. 1a auto shows you how to repair install fix change or replace a door panel. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following table. Make sure nothing else is attaching the door panel to the truck then set it to the side.

The only minor problem was the clip on the door that s used for the screw to secure the panel fell off and went down into the bottom of the door. Lh side is shown rh is similar. Remove the door handle by unclipping it from the door panel on the rear side of the panel then slide it through the panel. Grabbing the entire door panel slide it up and then pull it off but still support it. Lift the door panel up to disengage the tabs that hold it in place. Un clip any wiring harnesses from the switch panel.

Unplug the two connectors for the master window switch the door lock switch and mirror switch. There may be two screws around the handle pull to pull the door closed. Begin at the bottom of the panel with a trim removal tool popping out the retaining clips one at a time and work your way around.
