Remove Door Panel Legacy 2012

Pull the door panel straight out with your hands to remove it.

The clips will unsnap and the panel will come right off. Use a small screw driver or trim removal tool and detach pop off any trim pieces above the door panel. Most door panels will have small trim pieces located at the top of the panel at either the right or left side. Begin to pry the door panel away from the frame starting at the bottom and working your way up each side.

Pry the snap retainers out of their seated position. There are snap retainers under the door panel that hold it in place to the door frame. These pieces must be removed before removing the panel. Remove the pull handle cup.

Pry against the metal portion of the door until you feel the fasteners pop. Pull out on the bottom of the trim panel right in the middle to release the bottom retainers. Free shipping on many items. Use the trim panel tool as your pry device.

4 torx t 20 speaker screws. Start at the bottom of the trim panel and insert the door panel removal tool. Pull outward on the edges of the lower panel to release the clips. The oem door speaker is held in place to the frame by four torx t20 star bit screws.

Disconnect the small plastic connector clips holding the door panel in place by pulling the door panel straight out using 1 swift motion.
