Then use your hammer to push the nail punch up and under the pin until it dislodges.
Remove door hinge pin with bottom cap.
Next lodge a book under the door to keep it from toppling over while you unpin it.
Put the flat end of the nail against the pin and tap it up with the hammer.
Circled in red are two pins or screws look at both sides see if there is a way to unscrew them.
Taking a hammer and your hex tool or nail gently ram the pin upwards.
If the set pin screw does not extend through the entire hinge or have a place for using a tool to unscrew it is a security hinge that has a non removable pin.
It is a very good ball bearing hinge that should not need any tweaking.
Continue to tap it up gradually increasing the force until the pin is finally lodged upwards.
Once the cap is off just knock out the pin with the pin popper tool.
If so unscrewing it from the jamb or hinge is the only way to take the door down.
