An emergency release cord on the garage door arm opens the trolley to allow you to disengage the garage door from the opener.
Reconnect garage door emergency release.
Allow the opener to operate.
3 feed the other end of the cord through the emergency release lever on the door opener.
Make sure the garage door is closed.
If the opener doesn t automatically reconnect pull the emergency release cord.
